I have been doing Weight Watchers for about 2 months now and it is great. I have lost 10 lbs and are up to losing about 2-3 lbs a week. The point system is so easy and great for me since I enjoy eating sweets occasionally. I have learned how to eat the same food just in a healthier way. I think anyone that is serious about change and wants to shed some pounds even if it is a small amount....check out Weight Watchers.

I think that a fair amount of people think that Weight Watchers (WW) is not cool for whatever reason but I've found that it trains you to eat in a completely different *healthy* way and not ever feel deprived. Added bonus: if you already love to cook, you're even better at the program b/c you can just tweak recipes you already use.
1I completely agree. I don't think anyone should judge it until they try it.
